El problema del Ser

El problema del ser no es simple, se han realizado muchas conjeturas y aseveraciones pero: de mi parte opino que definitivamente ante todo, podríamos generar la idea siguiente,
La de una empresa la cual solo cuenta con un solo recurso humano.
Esto definitivamente conllevara a que tanto el Dueño&Director (D&D) y el Empleado son la misma persona.
Por tanto las ordenes ejecutadas por el D&D deben ser acatadas inmediatamente por el Empleado.
Sin embargo es el Empleado el que ejecuta la actividad en sí, la cual en una empresa sana es deseable tanto por el D&D como por el Empleado.
La situación no acapararía ningún problema puesto que la Persona en sí es consciente de esta situación separativa de roles tanto la de D&D como la de Empleado.

Ahora bien, el problema del Ser en realidad es que no somos conscientes de que esto es lo que realmente sucede dentro de nuestro Ser, lo tenemos dividido entre lo que Es y lo que debiera Ser o Seré algún día.
